At Georgia Ember Co, we’re committed to getting your beautiful boho pieces to you quickly, safely, and with care. We ship from our home base in Georgia and take pride in packing every order with Southern hospitality.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. We’ll notify you if there’s any delay.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S. Only)
We currently ship to all 50 United States via USPS and UPS.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our reach in the future.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
We do not offer free shipping at this time, but we frequently run promotions — keep an eye on our emails and social media for special offers!

This discount applies to the merchandise total only and does not include shipping, taxes, or gift wrapping (if available).
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 2–3 additional business days and check with neighbors or your local post office.
For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Package Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at georgiaembersco@yahoo.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Changes or Cancellations
We can cancel or modify orders only if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
